Boston, MA November 7, 2004 -- Ms. Souris recently participated in Careers in the Fashion Industry for the Department of Career Services at Northeastern University. This event was one of a series designed to educate students on potential careers within different industries, and provide them with a chance to practice their networking skills and gain first-hand advice and information on the field. Not only did Ms. Souris provide authentic and engaging insight into her field, but she did so with professionalism, and more importantly, with heart. Students were moved by her passion for what she does, and her comprehensive focus on an individuals overall image, internally as well as externally. Students may have come to the event to gain specific information, but they left with inspiration. One student commented that when she read Ms. Souris biography, she thought wow! This is the job I have wanted my entire life. The job I have been trying to explain to people. Students and staff alike were also impressed with her philanthropic activities with Rosies Place and the American Cancer Society, and her devotion to giving back to the community. Ms. Souris presentation exceeded our expectations, and was a significant factor in the overall success of the event.

Illness and Image
Recognized for her dedication to the quality of life concerns of Cancer Patients she has been appointed as the first Volunteer Program Coordinator of the Look Good-Feel Better Programs for the Boston Mass area. She is currently writing a book about Cancer and Image and has spearheaded the effort of integrating the power of Image into the arsenal of cancer support management tools. She has also authored and conducts the seminar "YOUR OPTIMAL IMAGE AND CANCER...ITS POWER, ITS MAGIC!".

Driven by her belief in the benevolence and the importance of Rosies Place she volunteers her services in appearance management and personal and professional enrichment.
